TYPE OF PROJECT: Mixed-Use
THE CHALLENGE & RESULT: This new development project in the UK needed approval from local authorities. Drawings alone wouldn’t be enough, so we created photorealistic renders to speed up the approval process for our client. A key part of the task was to show how the building fits into the existing neighborhood and to reflect local weather conditions for a more realistic and convincing presentation.
