THE CHALLENGE & RESULT: In this project, the client needed visuals for a presentation to city authorities to obtain building permits. They came to us with an idea and a few visual references, and we helped develop them into an architectural concept that fits the urban context. Interesting fact – the building includes a top half-floor pushed inward from the facade, and this solution made it possible to add an extra level while still complying with the city’s height regulations.
