THE CHALLENGE & RESULT: We created 3d visualizations for a new cottage town, illustrating interiors, exteriors, and the overall location, using drone-based city context. We also carefully selected character types for people in the renderings to reflect potential buyers, enhancing immersion and making it easier to envision life in this place.
