Campus Canada

Project Overview

This project involved designing a conceptual student campus on a real, undeveloped site. The architecture was developed based on references, urban planning parameters, and good examples of modern architecture for similar complexes. The team worked on both general overhead views and local atmospheric shots, paying great attention to the detailing of the architecture, the development of infrastructure and recreation, and the lively atmosphere of the complex.

The Challenge & Results

The main challenge was to create a cohesive and visually appealing campus design that met the client's requirements while also incorporating sustainable design principles. This was achieved through close collaboration with the client and the use of a variety of design tools and techniques. The results were high-quality renderings that showcased the proposed campus design, which the client was very pleased with and is now using to promote the project to potential investors.
